延华技术中心是由上海市经济委员会、上海市财政局等有关部门联合认定的上海市企业技术中心,这是我国第一家取得智能建筑省市级技术中心的企业,也是上海市智能建筑领域唯一一家市级企业技术中心。

The Project Center
The project center of Yanhua currently has the Largest professional IB project team in the East China. Project Managers are all responsible for the whole process. They operate strictly in accordance with ISO9001 quality system and designing & implementation criteria , and technical standards so as to assure high project quality.
1、Ability for technological innovation:
Our technical department is responsible for the company-wide accumulation and progress of technologies, constantly absorbing, refining and innovating various solutions that meet the requirements of modern time development. Internally, this department guides and co-ordinates the mutual co-operation among various specialized departments in the company. Externally, it provides various specialized consultations and services to customers.
2、Ability for project design:
The design department has the first-class ranking of design quality certification in integration of automation and artificial intelligence system for construction projects. In addition, it obtained the design certification from ISO 9001: 2000 international quality system. This department currently has more than 30 designing people in the area of intelligence application in construction (or "smart-tech" construction). They have experience in undertaking large-scale national and international projects. In a true sense, they have demontsrated that "design is indeed the engineering language of low voltage projects".
3、Ability for project implementation:
We have adopted the ISO 9001 quality management system. Various project sequences are managed dynamically and with PDCA circles. We use a well-established project-oriented management system, starting from planning, organizing, co-ordinating to implement monitor and inspect. Project manager is the total leader in the project implementation. He takes the overall responsibility, and scientifically organize project implementation.
4、Technical equipment guarantee:
We promote and apply a large number of new technologies to shorten the time circle for various steps involved in a project, thus accelerating the implementation of the overall project. With well-equipped implementation facilities and enhanced implementation sequences, we can use superior technical equipment to guarantee the time limit for completing a project.
Customer Service Center
Adhering to the ISO9001:2000 service quality standard, we established perfect service system and professional technical service team. We can provide our intelligent constructions with standing circulated maintenance and professional technical support. We set up self-contained records and service hot line for our customers. Our customer service group is composed of experienced engineers and sales. According to different business and different projects, we can constantly provide specific service for our customers: Daily maintenance of the intelligence system, technical support of the intelligence system, real estate management, IB technique etc.
