     延华智能坚持走自主创新、科学发展的道路。2006 年通过上海市经济委员会、上海市财政局等有关部门沪经技（2006）567 号文件，联合认定本公司技术中心为上海第十二批上海市企业技术中心，这是我国第一家取得智能建筑省市级技术中心的企业，也是上海市智能建筑领域唯一一家市级企业技术中心。其核心技术包括：通过技术不断创新所积累的近300 项工程实践所开发的各行业建筑智能化整体解决方案；通过长期实践形成的在建筑智能工程项目中所特有的管理模式。
技术中心目前包括包括数字社区、智能建筑、新技术应用三个研究方向，共设置8 个研究科室。

Shanghai Corporate Technology Center
Adopting the approach of self innovation and development, YANHUA Smartech founded the IB Technology Center, the first center in the IB industry. In the year of 2006，the center was ratified by the Shanghai Municipal Government to become the first Corporate Technology Center in the IB industry with the provincial class.
